Ford customers will be supported by a network of Ford authorized service centers across the country, appointed and managed by RMA Group. Ford drivers will continue to receive uninterrupted access to scheduled maintenance & service using only genuine Ford parts, authorized warranty repairs and 24-hour roadside assistance for the duration of their Ford’s warranty lifespan.
