JAKARTA, Indonesia 1st of November 2016: PT Mitra Bisnis, a member of RMA Group, announces the launch of its operations as the Ford Authorized Distributor for Service and Genuine Parts in Indonesia. Ford customers will be supported by a network of Ford authorized service centers across the country, appointed and managed by RMA Group. Ford drivers will continue to receive uninterrupted access to scheduled maintenance & service using only genuine Ford parts, authorized warranty repairs and 24-hour roadside assistance for the duration of their Ford’s warranty lifespan.

On November 1st 2016, RMA Group assumes full responsibility for Ford service & genuine parts distribution. Ford owners are invited to continue servicing their Fords at any of the Ford Authorized Service Centers to enjoy the full benefits of their vehicle warranty.
